HR Impact is proud to launch HR Coach™ as our new service. HR Coach™ was created to meet the needs of small to mid-sized companies that do not have an in-house HR department.

While we have been an "HR Coach" for many companies over the years, we wanted to develop a formal venue that would provide fast-growth and entrepreneurial companies access to quick, cost effective and practical HR tools, workshops, resources and advice through our HR Coach Hotline™.

HR Coach Hotline™
There are times when you need to speak directly with an expert regarding an HR issue or challenge. HR Impact provides a unique telephone / e-based consultation service for managers and employees. Our professionals offer on the spot, just in time (JIT) advice and answers to HR issues and challenges facing your company.

HR Coach workshops
Our HR Coach workshops are structured to provide practical, "how to do it" information and training. Held in-house, workshop groups are kept low at 10-20 participants, facilitating the development of skills through customized examples and concentration on your company's specifics needs. Our workshops are interactive, effective and fun!!!
